Has a throttle cable. I have the ECM. And I believe all the wiring harness IS there and just needs spliced back together. IF thats what you wanted to do. I think that would be more work than its worth though. I would just go get a new harness from the JY. I've found them for $100-$150.

Have a complete '04 6.0L with approx. 50K. The guy who pulled it didnt know what he was doing and cut the wiring harness but other than that its ready to go. $850 OBO

I lied they are 6 lug and 15 x 10

Good question. I got them from a buddy so I'm not 100% sure. They are 15's I believe. They were on a 5 lug cherokee. I will go measure them in a bit. They are in my storage so I will have to go there.
