1/2 lean beef

My parents are butchering a couple steers and have an extra half that they are looking to sell. Grass fed hormone free!

Texas longhorn pasture raised on good grass and hay. Very low fat

Approx $3 a pound total cut and wrapped anyway you want

Willing to split into 1/4 if both 1/4s get wrapped the same way.

Come out and meet the steer before hand!

1/2 should be about 300#

I believe Genes custom slaughter will pick it up and take it to bryons butcher block



It will be super tasty meat. Best ground beef ever.
