Vehicle scales

Old school vehicle scales. They weigh all 4 corners. Got them at a yard sale from and old circle track racer. Seem to be pretty accurate. From 0-1500 lbs on each corner. Make me an offer

Those are some ooooooold school scales.

Are they a direct read from the gage (PSI = Weight) or do you have to do a conversion? I only ask cause the gage reading is related to the hydraulic cylinder size (Force = Mass X Area). It could be set up to be 1:1 though.
I could use some scales soon to help set up my suspension but then probably wouldn't use them again.... thinking about it.

Yes I do believe they are a direct conversion.

If the inner hydraulic shaft cross section surface area is 1 square inch, they will be direct reading gauges.
