WTB: 250-400cc ATV

Looking for a larger quad for my ever-growing boy minion.... something in the 250-400cc range, utility style not a zippy race outfit.
I have a project you are welcome to if you want it.
1986 Honda Foreman 350 4x4. It was given to me with a bad head: the cam chain skipped and piston hit the exhaust valves. It's missing a few parts.
