Project "out of control"

Well Its been a few months since I was able to wheel my XJ. I decided that it is gonna be a trailer queen. Problem is that it needs to be trailered and I aint got no trailer. So I started building a custom Jeep hauler. (Project #1)
While intermittently working on my trailer when parts are available I also started (Project #2) tearing up my poor Jeep. So far I have replaced the hatch and rear windows with polycarbonate panels. Installed a set of Recaro seats. Plated the rear frame rails from the axle back. And built a custom rear bumper.
Now I am flat broke and waiting on my income tax to finish my dang projects.
Trailer is built but lacking lights, decking, and a few other odds and ends.
My Jeep is also in a holding pattern as I will be installing 33" tires on her.
What I plan to do, please chime in if something doesnt seem right.
(Project #3,4,5,9...)
Finish 8.8 rearend and install an e=locker and 4.56 gears
Install an Iron Rock Offroad 4" long arm lift ( I already have the RE 3.5 SA kit on) so I am debating on either the full 4" IRO for $1100 or just getting the LA upgrade for $600 and using existing springs.
To do this I will need to bump stop the front and rear to some extent to accomodate the 33"s. And most likely need to upgrade shoks for more travel.
Install 4.56 gears in the D30.
Possibly Install a new alloy USA axle upgrade to the D30.
Install GoodYear MT/R's 33x12.50x15
Thats the majority of it I think.
I do have pics of the bumper and half assed trailer. I will try to post.
ETA: This is my attempt at a low CoG build.
