I need my own garage to work on my projects. And I also need a house. So the best solution is to build 3 of each all at once right?

Been working on the below since last November:



Purchased 15 acres down in Mattawa for the orchard, then split it into 3 - 5 acre parcels. One is now officially mine.

Now that I've got the land all of the building plans start, and building one would be just silly.

So, I'm going to build 3 Log Houses in the desert, all at once. Maybe a little nuts but I think it will be fun.

ETA: Anyone got a wheel loader for sale?

My math is a little fuzzy, but why are you building 3 of each on a single 5 acre parcel? Or are you building 1 on each 5 acre parcel? I need a beer

One of each on every 5 acre parcel. Otherwise there wouldn't be room for the shooting range.
