I finally have the HP Dana 30 with ARB installed in the TJ. I need to figure out how to get stuff aligned better and how to route the ARB lines. Any help is appreciated.

Excellent! That was a plan of mine that never came to be. As you know, dual ARB harness is there, and I powered the craptastic front elocker from the front locker switch connector above the pump. Keep the air line away from hot stuff while providing plenty of line for downtravel. I'm sure you know all that too, so basically I am no help!

Look up Dirtlifestyle on YouTube. Nate has some previous videos on doing axle and steering alignment.
When Todd swapped in his HP 30 he took it to a shop. Chap results... he used Nate's video and got his Jeep dialed in. Simple techniques, plumb bob/chalk line or line laser. Laser is faster but results are the same.

Who did Todd take his jeep to for an alignment? Thanks for the reference material. I worked on the front alignment again today with seemingly good results but I have concerns that I would like a shop to look into.

I have toe plates and an angle finder for caster. With double-adjustable arms it's super easy to set.
