Spring-break Retterers' Roadtrip

The 1st official day of the girls' Spring-break (March 30, 2015) we decided to take a Road-Trip. Chris played hookie from work and I was itching to take the Grand out for a spin, so we headed out with Stonehenge (@ Maryhill), Bickleton, and the Silver Dollar cafe on the itinerary, with the GPS firmly instructed to avoid freeways.
I can't tell you how fast the Hemi pulled the Grand around semis and over-sized farm equipment on uphill passes, but I think I noted my passenger counting off ticks on the speed-o-meter. I was just checking off my Grin-o-meter.
Late morning had us exploring Stonehenge, with Flat Stanley, er, Flat Sarah in tow and the required vehicle poser pics at the monument.
Gas mileage wasn't stellar...
But we did not have to resort to this...
Off to Bickleton...
We will be back when the Blue Bird is open.
Then to the Silver Dollar for lunch...
...where we were denied, although Libby did manage to get a hot-dog.
So, we headed back into Sunnyside to get a drink for the thirsty Hemi and broke our no freeway rule and rolled to Yakima for Miner's Burgers.
