Read for the first time today. . .when do they vote? Is it going to be in committee forever?

SB5977 passed in the Senate this morning with a 44 yes 0 nay vote. Now on its way to the house. This bill allows 2 lic#s on the disco pass. A step in the right direction, assuming they didn't change it at the last minute.

Hmmm. So here is a scenario....
I buy a pass for use on the motorhome and Jeep. I am camping at a place that requires a pass. I want to take the Jeep out on the trails that require a pass. Which rig should display the pass?
If I have it with me in the Heep to avoid a fine, is Johnny ticket writer going to stroll by the MH in the campground and leave a ticket on the windshield for no pass showing??
Maybe I'm over thinking this.
I posted this question on another site. Some say we will get two displays for each pass for the two vehicles. Others say we get one pass with room for two license plates. If the latter is the case, I will still need one for the motorhome and one for the Jeep.

I will pose the question now that you've "vocalized" something that was niggling at the back of my alleged mind...

Dave, each pass you purchase requires the lic plate # for each rig be written on the pass and placed in the vehicle. So, if you buy one that allows two vehicles (your MH and Heep) then each vehicle has a tag. The MH stays in camp and the Heep goes wheeling....all is good.
I think I have this right.

Okay, I decided to look up the fishing license and their vehicle permits. It's called a Vehicle Use Permit and appears to be the same as the discovery permit. I'll look further into it tomorrow. In the mean time her's what the fishing handbook has to say.
You must clearly display a Vehicle Rear-view Mirror Hanger Use Permit (VUP) to park a vehicle at all posted WDFW wildlife areas and water access sites. The VUP must be visible from outside the
vehicle (they can be placed on the dash or hung from the rearview
mirror) and can be switched between two vehicles. You can get a rear-view mirror hanger from your local license dealer. VUPs are free with an annual Combination, Saltwater, or Freshwater license, or may be purchased separately. For a list of locations requiring the VUP, visit http://wdfw.wa.gov/ands/wildlife_areas/ or visit a WDFW regional office.

I also spend a lot of time in Oregon which has a annual Recreation Pass for Oregon and Washington. Looks to me after reading the details I will need to have both permits. Now let's see...Fishing access pass, Annual Northwest Forest pass, Discover Pass...That's a lot of passes..

Well I have a truck, truck camper, trailer, and jeep. Technically I have 4 license plates. Do I need a pass that covers just the truck and jeep, or do I need 2 passes? Common sense would say just motorized vehicles but this is a bill being voted on in a state legislature...

Dollars to dognuts, I bet you will need a Discovery Pass for any rig on State Lands (DNR & Parks). You will need a Discover Pass and/or a WDFW Access Pass for each rig on WDFW controlled land (Wildlife Areas and Fishing Accesses).
Currently the WDFW Access pass is transferable between two rigs, but it must be displayed in the rig occupying WDFW Lands. If you drug your jeep up to the Oak Creek Wildlife Area with a motorhome and then drove your jeep further up the trail you need a separate pass for each rig. It’s likely the Discover Pass will be the same.
For a second there, I though that I could use multiple WDFW Access Passes at the Athanum. Wrong-O-Goatface.... That's DNR Controlled Land.
