Over the last few years, HQ has been concerned the Travel Management Rule was (and apparently continues to be) being used by some units of the Forest Service to illegally “authorizeâ€

Haven't had time to look into it, but there does seem to be a bit of this going on in the PNW. Would be great to have one of you kids help with some research on this
