Discover Pass

Folks:

Go ahead and write in that second license plate number on your Discover Pass! Just before 2pm yesterday, Discover Pass transferability became law- because of the emergency clause, the bill- E2SHB 2373- became law immediately upon signing by Governor Gregoire.

If you’ve been holding out for transferability, no more excuses- go buy your Discover Pass today!

It was the next to last bill signed by Governor Gregoire- the last was the bill transferring the fines from Discover Pass violations to the three natural resources agencies that are part of the Discover Pass program (SSB 6387). That was the end of regular session activity- saving the best for last.

Now we wait to see what will happen on the budget front…
