cutting fenders?

Postby Dale » Tue Feb 03, 2009 11:09 am

I just put some 35x12.50-15 on my wrangler and ended up having to cut some inner fender well off in the front inner fender wells. I only took off about 5 inches and can clear the tires now. I can tell I will still need to cut some more to take it down the trails. Any comments or suggestions on cutting fenders would be appreciated.

I can tell that their is something inside behind the sheet metal in my passenger front wheel well just above were I cut the fender. It looks like a vacuum pump or smog. Does anybody know what this is? It seems like I might have to move it. well any advice would be helpful. thanks

That looks funny, Then again most jeeps do  I don't really like the raised fender look. I think they look much beter flat fendered.
You can follow me.... but it's gonna hurt ;)

Yes but flat fendered you can't fit 35's with no lift...

St.James is a buddy of mine, he's got the V8 swap just about done now. :D
