Pull the rear springs out and stick them in the front and put f150/56" gm or 64" gm in the back. High steer is required when going to pretty much any other spring than stock due to the stock Toyota steering being crap.
If he just wants to put 33's on it as is that is easy, you can tub the firewall 3" with very little effort and it will clear them great.
Oh yea, I don't have those wheels, I gave the tires to my neighbor and he scrapped the wheels thinking I didn't want them back.
