WTB Toyota springs

Postby TJDave » Wed May 18, 2011 3:29 pm

Looking for a set of Toyota leaf springs, or ideas (besides cutting) for fitting a set of 33" tires under a 1st gen Toyota pickup. This is the truck:

Pull the rear springs out and stick them in the front and put f150/56" gm or 64" gm in the back. High steer is required when going to pretty much any other spring than stock due to the stock Toyota steering being crap.

If he just wants to put 33's on it as is that is easy, you can tub the firewall 3" with very little effort and it will clear them great.

Oh yea, I don't have those wheels, I gave the tires to my neighbor and he scrapped the wheels thinking I didn't want them back. I may have other options available though. I'll be around all week so feel free to swing by and we can go over anything he needs to know. 8)

Cool thanx. I'll pass on the info.

That's also cool about the wheels. I bought a set of 35's off NWW and they came mounted on Toyota 6 lug alloy rims. Who would of thunk?
He is buying those from me.
