The Party is ON! Lake Samammish this Sunday at 9am

From the Facebook NOVA Tag Party group:

Well, here we go. I am hoping that everyone is still mad as hell and ready to step up to the plate to demonstrate (peacefully) our disgust this Sunday, the 14th at Lake Sammamish State Park (please try to be there by 9am and please stay until lunchtime). I will get there early and post NOVA pie plates, but just follow the signs from I-90 to the State Park. When you turn left into the park, park in the first gravel area to the left. I plan on making a sign to post in my vehicle (front window) and a few picket signs. I will set up an awning (blue top)…along with a BBQ. I don’t think I have to say this…but this is a peaceful demonstration. Bring the family and EVERY friend you can find and enjoy a morning at the park.
Please, please….make it out to the park. To work we have to pack the parking area. People are skeptical that moto and 4x4ers will show up to show their disgust…Man, if the government stealing your user fees doesn’t get you going then I think our sport is doomed. I seriously am mad as hell about what has happened this past year…with the dealers being unable to sell kids’ bikes…to threatening to close down riding areas, to talk about trails closing because there won’t be any money to manage them in 10-11…We are being attacked. The protest is one of many steps. A lot of people are fighting for us behind the scenes….Sunday, let’s show them they have some real support. Thanks for joining this page, everyone. The SAVE OUR STATE PARKS only had 80 members! And they prevailed. So, let’s hope we can too. I have nothing against our State Parks; I actually enjoy them. But the State should not steal our user fees to support facilities that do not have ANY day user fees. There are better solutions. For those that have to race on Sunday, please get your buddies to come out! SEE YOU AT THE PARK, everyone, and thanks again for supporting this Facebook Page. Happy Trails.
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.
If you want to hear God laugh, tell Him your plans.
