Dana 35 pinion

Looking for a D35 4:11 setup or at lest a pinion at minimum. Pinion bearing took a crap yesterday...ya, there's a story. The pinion would work but if I can put a cleaner one in that would be better.

Gears are cut as a matched set and wear with each other as they go. Not so simple as to replace a pinion. Yes I've done it, no it didn't last. The gears ate each other in about 100 miles.

Trashy, I was figuring a set, just didn't make that clear I guess....If I don't come up with something quick what I've got will work just fine with a little emory cloth.

Jimmy, as for the 4:88's that is a thought, then I'd have to redo the lockers. There's also the 8.8...lots to think about. However, right now I think I'll just do the quick and easy fix. Since this thing runs out so nice for me I'm thinking a couple bearings, a crush sleeve and a seal, if I can't save the one I just put in, and slap it back together. If I ever get a real blowout then I'll do something more drastic.

I've got a d35 with 4.88's that you can have. The 4.11's are broke.

I have a Cherokee D35 non-c-clip rear end with 4.11's that is missing one axle shaft. Open diff. Let me know if you are interested.
