2001 Ford Excursion SOLD

Postby OldGreen » Thu Sep 01, 2011 6:45 am

140k
V10
Limited 4x4 (leather, power stuff, etc)
33" tires
Runs, Shifts perfectly

Cracked windshield, needs balljoints and front tires. AC needs a charge too.
Make an offer. . .it seems nobody wants a gas Excursion. . .after owning it for 5 years, I can't understand that at all. . .it has always done everything I asked it to and the overall cost to run it is MUCH less than a diesel.

11mpg in town, 14 hiway, 11 towing on the hiway.

I love this rig, but it is time for a better commuter and to rethink the vehicle herd. . .I'm thinking of getting a motorhome.

I wanted to make this a smokin' deal for someone I know. . .so I lowered the price based on what I was seeing out there. The lowest price Excursion that I saw was $7k. . .and it had 200k on it. . .so this is a great deal.

2011 in his title... 140k that boy must really like to drive. ;-)
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

And I like to invent vehicles that don't exist. Fixed. Thanks.

Adjusted the price. I think I may have found my commuter so I need to dump this thing. It's only a couple of bucks over rough trade in value.
