CO2 tank...where to get one?

I'm interested in getting a Co2 tank so I can air up without having to borrow someone else's air. Anyone know where I can find one? Also if I do get a hold of one, where can I get it filled up?

Fill ups can be had at welding supply stores, Oxarc, Norco.

I just swapped out my Co2 friday at Oxarc for $18.
Dumb a** move, teach me not to leave the bottle on after killing the last keg, sucker was almost full . . .
