I need a bunch of parts cut out for front and rear bumpers for the grand Cherokee. I started printing things out on paper, but it's a mess with such small sheets of paper.
Anyone know of a shop than can handle cutting up full sheets of steel with a CNC machine of some sort?
I've got .dwg files of what I need cut, and it should all fit on one sheet of 3/16".
Any idea of what I can expect cost wise? If it's expensive I'm wondering if I can have my patterns printed out by some sort of print shop and then going to town with the plasma cutter at work.

The contact tips would be nice, might stop by oxarc when I'm in town tomorrow and see if they carry anything for my gun. If I end up having to cut stuff myself, that will make things a lot easier.
I've got like 30 parts to cut for the front bumper, and I think the rear takes nearly as many. It's mostly straight lines though, so that makes it easier.

I've got a ZJ front Winch Bumper:
Well, sorta.
I had Dave Bushy from Plasma Creations (509) 727-2492, cut the parts out for me. He's got a CNC machine in his garage. I think he primarily does artsy type stuff, but his machine can fit a whole 4'x8' sheet, so he was perfectly fine with a job like this. I also had him cut out all the parts for a rear tire carrier bumper as well. Total cost for the bumpers combined was $450, for the steel and his time.
It was a little more than I was expecting, but still not too terrible, a 4'x8' sheet of 3/16" seems to run around $200, and the front and rear bumper parts used up just about all of it. Paying him to do the cutting ends up cheaper than the time it would take me to cut everything out, I'm too busy to get all that done.
Now I've just got to weld it all together. I've decided to upgrade to an actual Tig machine, which will be here on Friday. What better way to get good than a whole bunch of straight line beads? Not as fast as stick or mig, but It's more about the practice than anything else.
