Chrysler Uconnect radio

Postby Yrjan » Wed Jun 18, 2014 4:57 am

I'm upgrading and have a stock Uconnect radio with Lock pick I'm selling. It is plug and play with any Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge from 2007-2012. I will pay for the installation. If your interested, call me ASAP because the swap is happening today at my work. Call me at my work number 509-545-3000 and ask for Mike in service. Price is $400. The lock pick is an aftermarket module that allows 4 camera inputs, video/DVD playing while in drive, and the ability to stream content from your smart phone onto the screen. The radio has a 20GB hard drive and comes with factory navigation.

Apparently the mic input is not working on this unit. Still for sale if anyone is interested in a bad a$$ navigation radio.

I think I may have found out the problem with the mic input. The JK's are the only vehicle from Chrysler group that do not come factory with handsfree option (because of the soft top and noise associated with it i assume). They offer a Mopar accessory "Kit" that is suppose to be installed and then the dealership will "enable" this feature. I came accross this thread...

http://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-elect ... ic-152150/

that shows you how to perform the enable process yourself.

So long story short, the radio is still for sale, the mic can be enabled however I am keeping the lock pick. It was $250.00 and my wife wants me to install it in her Jeep. The radio will still go for $400 unless someone has an offer they would like to throw out there (trades?).
